Leads wireless engineering operations for a regional branch, owning project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, operational compliance, customer relationships, business development, staffing, training, process optimization, and performance management. The director drives growth strategies, participates in RFPs, supports marketing initiatives, ensures technology and safety standards, and develops teams while improving profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Monitors and manages incident-prevention processes for inside plant telecommunications projects. Reviews customer specifications, evaluates compliance with Co-Pilot guidelines, performs project risk analyses, assigns turnbacks, reports findings to management, supports field and engineering teams, and identifies equipment-related risks and process improvements. The role requires telecommunications quality and process knowledge, data analysis skills, technical support capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive reporting. Coordinate IT, business, vendor, and external partner activities while supporting governance, change management, training, and user adoption. Responsibilities include vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, implementation oversight, licensing, renewals, and delivery tracking across enterprise IT, cloud, networking, applications, data migration, and infrastructure projects.

Directs corporate treasury operations, including daily liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, capital structure, investments, banking relationships, debt facilities, FX and interest-rate risk management, internal controls, audits, collections support, payroll funding, purchasing-card programs, and Treasury Management System implementation. Advises the CFO on funding and capital decisions while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

Integrates, deploys, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains Samsung switching systems and telecommunications networks. Supports LTE, 5G, GSM, UMTS, and 4G integration on Verizon systems; performs alarm clearing, macro integrations, router commissioning, migrations, testing, scripting, and site reconfiguration. Serves as the customer interface, manages multiple projects, provides technical support, documents work, and leads and mentors field integration engineers.

Manages the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, accruals, controls, reporting, and process improvement. Leads and develops an India-based AP team, manages vendor relationships and discrepancies, prepares 1099 statements, oversees unclaimed property reporting, supports cash-flow forecasting, and ensures compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Develops new business with Tier 1 telecom operators and enterprise customers, focusing on RAN integration and mobile private networks. Responsibilities include market expansion, relationship management, sales strategy, customer engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, deal closing, industry event participation, and collaboration with technical teams. Requires strong telecom industry relationships, technical knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, and frequent travel.

Owns the enterprise integration landscape, designing, developing, and maintaining API, EDI, file-based, event-driven, and database integrations. Leads Boomi middleware architecture, EDI onboarding, ERP integrations, operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with ERP, application, infrastructure, security, finance, operations, vendors, customers, and financial institutions while providing technical guidance and mentoring.

Conducts RF systems testing and verification for 5G and LTE radio products. Develops test plans, automation scripts, reports, and troubleshooting documentation; analyzes drive-test logs and field KPIs; investigates connectivity, handover, throughput, and drop issues; supports site shakedowns, acceptance testing, scanner drives, cluster drives, and design-team debugging. Requires telecommunications knowledge, mapping software experience, and sporadic project travel.

Leads complex wireless telecommunications projects from planning through closure, managing technical quality, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, releases, automation, and cross-functional teams. Aligns projects with organizational roadmaps, resolves priorities and conflicts, tracks KPIs and lessons learned, and supports telecom infrastructure delivery. Requires technical management experience, wireless telecom knowledge, project leadership, and the ability to travel and work in the field when needed.

Leads the design, migration, implementation, and operation of Circet USA’s Microsoft-based infrastructure environment. Owns Azure landing zones, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, security, endpoints, servers, backup, disaster recovery, governance, and automation. Provides technical leadership to engineers and partners, performs hands-on infrastructure engineering and advanced troubleshooting, manages incidents and changes, and establishes architecture standards, documentation, monitoring, and operational processes for a new independent IT organization.
