Leads wireless telecommunications engineering programs and regional operations, overseeing project delivery, customer relationships, financial performance, staffing, and business growth. Manages engineering and project teams, carrier accounts, budgets, forecasts, margins, and operational KPIs. Develops strategic customer relationships, supports proposals and contract negotiations, ensures compliance and safety, and drives delivery across RF design, optimization, small cells, DAS, private networks, FWA, site development, construction support, and deployment services.

Supports Joint Pole Association and Joint Pole Committee operations for wireless telecommunications. Manages transaction forms, intents, responses, denials, transfers, remediation, cost documentation, utility notifications, and customer reports. Directs and quality-checks field inspectors’ work, tracks high-volume documentation through resolution, and provides administrative support to department leadership. The role also requires coordination with utilities, customers, inspectors, and internal teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Manages purchasing activities, purchase orders, inventory controls, supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, demand forecasting, vendor performance, and procurement process improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams, resolves order discrepancies, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and maintains accurate procurement records while meeting deadlines and safety requirements.
