Handle escalated technical issues and projects, document solutions, coach service desk technicians, communicate with clients, and participate in on-call support.

Coordinates client IT projects from initiation through closure, managing schedules, meetings, resources, communications, documentation, scope changes, budgets, hardware and software orders, and project billing readiness. Serves as the primary client contact, provides status updates, tracks risks and deadlines, maintains project records, and coordinates with engineering, account management, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
