Manage payroll and HR compliance for a distributed, multi-state construction workforce. Oversee regular and certified payroll under Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage regulations, conduct audits, maintain employee and benefits data, and ensure labor-law compliance. Lead HCM implementation, optimization, reporting, training, vendor relationships, and system support. Collaborate with project managers, accounting, compliance officers, and agencies on workforce classifications, job costing, and certified payroll reporting.

Perform electrical substation construction and maintenance, including conduit and cable installation, grounding, foundations, steel structures, buswork, switches, breakers, and transformers. Operate heavy construction equipment, maintain company equipment, follow OSHA and DOT requirements, complete service documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and work safely in demanding outdoor conditions. The role requires physical labor, print interpretation, energized-substation awareness, and compliance with safety, drug-screening, background-check, and skills-assessment requirements.

Assists supervisors and electricians with utility-scale solar installations, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment calibration, material handling, site logistics, and blueprint interpretation. Participates in a four-year registered electrical apprenticeship combining classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Must follow safety protocols, work outdoors in varied weather, travel full-time, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supports supervisors and electricians on utility-scale solar projects by assisting with electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment calibration, material handling, and site logistics. Participates in a four-year registered apprenticeship combining classroom instruction with on-the-job training. Must follow safety procedures, interpret plans and schematics, work outdoors in harsh conditions, travel full-time, work extended hours and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Support supervisors and electricians on utility-scale solar projects through installations, troubleshooting, equipment handling, blueprint interpretation, and on-the-job training in a four-year registered apprenticeship. Maintain safety, perform site logistics, assist repairs/calibrations, and communicate professionally with customers and leadership.

Manage and execute site-specific quality control for utility-scale solar and substation construction. Perform inspections, document and upload QC records, identify and track non-conformances, assist with remediation, review plans/specs, and support site management and customers while upholding safety and compliance.

Execute daily laydown yard logistics: receive and reconcile shipments, perform inventory counts and quality checks, store and track materials, prepare shipments (palletize/BOLs), operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and follow SOPs for safe, efficient material handling.

Hands-on QC Technician responsible for implementing the site Quality Control Program on utility-scale solar projects: perform inspections, electrical testing documentation, track non-conformances, upload records to QC software, support remediation, and ensure contract-required testing and documentation are completed. Frequent travel and physical fieldwork required.

Operate and maintain underground power equipment (excavator, backhoe, line/bucket trucks), perform site prep, restoration, hand digging, equipment transport, preventive maintenance, inventory management, and lead crews when foreman is absent while following 811 and underground utility procedures.

Lead and scale procurement for construction and utility projects: enforce PO-first purchasing, run project buyouts and RFPs, source and manage vendors/subcontractors, align procurement with finance and schedules, track deliveries and risks, standardize workflows, and train project teams to ensure visibility and control of committed spend.
