Manage payroll and HR compliance for a distributed, multi-state construction workforce. Oversee regular and certified payroll under Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage regulations, conduct audits, maintain employee and benefits data, and ensure labor-law compliance. Lead HCM implementation, optimization, reporting, training, vendor relationships, and system support. Collaborate with project managers, accounting, compliance officers, and agencies on workforce classifications, job costing, and certified payroll reporting.

Perform electrical substation construction and maintenance, including conduit and cable installation, grounding, foundations, steel structures, buswork, switches, breakers, and transformers. Operate heavy construction equipment, maintain company equipment, follow OSHA and DOT requirements, complete service documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and work safely in demanding outdoor conditions. The role requires physical labor, print interpretation, energized-substation awareness, and compliance with safety, drug-screening, background-check, and skills-assessment requirements.

Assists supervisors and electricians with utility-scale solar installations, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment calibration, material handling, site logistics, and blueprint interpretation. Participates in a four-year registered electrical apprenticeship combining classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Must follow safety protocols, work outdoors in varied weather, travel full-time, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
