Works with claims, enrollment, and healthcare performance data to identify financial and operational trends, develop projections, and provide actionable insights. Collaborates with Finance, Clinical, Network, and Healthcare Economics teams while improving analytical processes and tools.

Provides paralegal, legal operations, compliance, and executive administrative support to the Chief Legal, Compliance and External Affairs Officer. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and regulatory documents, managing files and signatures, tracking projects and audits, supporting investigations and filings, coordinating calendars and travel, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidential information. The role also develops department systems, procedures, trackers, and reporting tools while working independently with strong judgment and discretion.
