Provides paralegal, legal operations, compliance, and executive administrative support to the Chief Legal, Compliance and External Affairs Officer. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and regulatory documents, managing files and signatures, tracking projects and audits, supporting investigations and filings, coordinating calendars and travel, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidential information. The role also develops department systems, procedures, trackers, and reporting tools while working independently with strong judgment and discretion.

Manages clinical pharmacy staff and medication adherence programs while providing direct patient care. Performs medication reviews, drug interaction assessments, therapy optimization, high-risk patient case reviews, provider consultations, medication therapy management, patient education, and interdisciplinary clinical rounds. Develops provider education and presents evidence-based guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities across the provider network.

Owns regional quality strategy and performance across HEDIS, Medicare STARs, ACO, and MSSP programs. Analyzes quality data, leads corrective actions, coordinates cross-functional improvement efforts, oversees regulatory reporting and audit readiness, and presents performance insights to leadership. Requires expertise in healthcare quality, value-based care, measure specifications, reporting systems, and executive communication.
