Oversees end-to-end billing, invoicing, reconciliations, revenue tracking, accounts receivable support, reporting, and variance analysis. Develops dashboards, resolves billing discrepancies, supports financial close activities, maintains controls and documentation, and improves workflows through automation and process standardization. Partners with Finance, Sales, Media Operations, Client Services, and external clients to ensure accurate, timely billing and actionable business insights.

Leads frontline media quality control operations, prioritizes work, manages technician scheduling and workload distribution, and escalates technical or client delivery issues. Reviews video, metadata, and defect reports; confirms platform specifications; coordinates shift handoffs; trains and mentors QC staff; maintains SOPs and project documentation; and partners with Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on workflow improvements and automation.

The Systems Administrator manages IT infrastructure, oversees server and network performance, automates deployments, ensures security, and documents processes while supporting IT operations.

Supports SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, by preparing disclosures, reconciling ERP data, validating financial schedules, and maintaining audit-ready workpapers. Coordinates with accounting, FP&A, legal, auditors, and consultants. Assists with SOX documentation, control testing, walkthroughs, remediation, SEC responses, version control, and process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, advanced Excel, financial statement preparation, and strict deadline management.

The Senior Accountant will manage accounting transactions, ensure compliance with US GAAP, lead month-end closes, and support financial systems implementation.
