Manage day-to-day administration and workplace operations for the Burbank office with remote support for New York. Coordinate vendors, facilities, shared resources, expenses, systems administration, onboarding/offboarding, and workplace processes. Build scalable procedures, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure consistent employee experience across onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.

Lead and optimize accounting operations including AP, billing, credit & collections, payroll, and equity administration. Establish scalable processes, SOX controls, and KPIs; drive automation and system implementations (NetSuite, Certent); manage US and India teams; support month-end close, audits, and integrations during acquisitions and growth.

The Senior Accountant will manage accounting transactions, ensure compliance with US GAAP, lead month-end closes, and support financial systems implementation.
