Build and lead HR operations in Poland, including workforce planning, recruiting support, HR infrastructure, employment documentation, payroll coordination, labor-law compliance, employee relations, benefits, compensation, policies, and cross-border expansion. Serve as the primary HR advisor to employees, managers, and global leadership while establishing scalable people processes for a growing multinational organization.

Supports SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, by preparing disclosures, reconciling ERP data, validating financial schedules, and maintaining audit-ready workpapers. Coordinates with accounting, FP&A, legal, auditors, and consultants. Assists with SOX documentation, control testing, walkthroughs, remediation, SEC responses, version control, and process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, advanced Excel, financial statement preparation, and strict deadline management.

The AR Specialist manages accounts receivable processes including billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections, collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
