Create photorealistic shading networks and textures for 3D assets (including fur, hair, and some FX), collaborate with modeling/groom/lighting teams, apply client notes, optimize assets for rendering, and contribute to turntable and pipeline requirements.

Execute high-quality VFX shot compositing using Nuke and AI-enhanced methods, develop and integrate ComfyUI-based ML/AI workflows into the VFX pipeline, provide technical support for ML toolsets, stay current with ML/AI advances, and communicate with production to meet schedules and feedback.

Create final VFX images by compositing live-action, matte paintings, and CG. Execute keying, CG integration, set extensions, edge work, clean-up, simple rotoscoping/tracking; follow supervision, meet deadlines, communicate with production, and balance creative and technical shot needs.

Create and optimize a wide range of stylized FX (fluids, cloth, particles, pyro, magic, rigid bodies) in Houdini, collaborate with supervisors, manage simulation files, and integrate FX into lighting and compositing pipelines while maintaining production efficiency and visual quality.

Create and maintain crowd simulations and animations using Houdini and the studios Atoms-based crowd tool. Break down shots, execute and debug crowd work, collaborate with animators, CFX and rigging, design generic characters for variation, mentor artists, and improve crowd pipelines and tools to meet creative and budgetary goals.

Provide HR advisory and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle: employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy compliance, HR project work, process and tool development, full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and school/university partnerships. Ensure HR practices align with legislation and company values while advising managers and escalating complex issues.
