The Credit Manager evaluates loan applications, ensures credit quality, makes timely credit decisions, reviews appeals, provides training, and supports credit guideline revisions.

Drives customer portfolio growth through segmentation, analytics, campaign development, and acquisition and cross-sell initiatives across cash management, deposits, FX, and lending products. Identifies growth opportunities using internal and alternative data sources, enriches leads through persona and wallet analysis, briefs sales teams, develops marketing aids, reviews campaign performance, prepares management information, and coordinates with product, risk, marketing, finance, and sales stakeholders.

Supports operational and production issues across digital banking journeys, partnerships, and payment services. Coordinates with operations, IT, contact centers, business teams, and project teams; prepares submissions, manages operational processes, resolves reconciliation and eKYC issues, supports testing and post-deployment incidents, and oversees disputes and fee or income segregation to maintain service stability and minimize customer impact.
