Lead planning and execution of group capital plans to optimize capital, support growth and strategy. Oversee capital raising and allocation across the Group, countries, and business units. Provide regional oversight of Exco capital deployment and regulatory capital for the Group and banking subsidiaries across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
