Leads enterprise demand and project portfolio management from intake and scoping through prioritization, governance, vendor coordination, transition to delivery, and post-implementation review. Partners with senior stakeholders, technology and data teams, vendors, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to align initiatives with strategy, capacity, funding, regulatory requirements, and value. Maintains demand pipelines, supports governance decisions, manages dependencies and risks, and improves demand management processes and reporting.

Manages daily BDC operations while marketing foreign currency notes and remittance services. Processes transactions according to bank policies, achieves individual and team sales targets, upsells products, assists customers with banking needs, handles inquiries and complaints, builds long-term customer relationships, and manages offsite BDC operations when required.

Leads Risk Control Specialists and provides advisory and assurance support for effective first-line risk management. Promotes compliance with banking laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and operational risk programs. Ensures departments develop action plans to address identified risk and control issues.
