Lead strategy, launch and day-to-day management of CASA (deposit) products to drive customer acquisition, market share and profitability. Own end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation, UAT, launch), pricing, product marketing, customer journey improvements, regulatory compliance and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration. Monitor performance, GL reconciliations and ensure adherence to Bank policies and BNM requirements.

Contact and negotiate settlements for accounts under Program Payment; handle hirer proposals, prepare recommendations and submission documents, update customer/guarantor records and system follow-up codes, sign or review offers and correspondence, prepare memos for payment reallocations, respond to complaints and enquiries, and support cross-team relationships.

Lead business analysis for operational reconciliation, gather and document requirements (BRD/FSD), liaise between users and IT, support testing (UT/SIT/UAT), perform deep-dive analyses, propose platform enhancements, create training materials, and handle stakeholder communications.
