The Senior Analyst manages enterprise HR programs focused on community impact, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include project planning, program coordination, event logistics, vendor and budget administration, reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. The role develops scalable processes, evaluates program effectiveness, and supports initiatives across HR, communications, employee groups, leaders, nonprofits, and external vendors.

Supports renewable natural gas project development, engineering, construction, commissioning, startup, and operational handoff. Reviews designs, equipment, vendor submittals, and technical documentation; coordinates with contractors and internal teams; supports field construction, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, performance testing, and continuous improvement. The role also provides technical support for instrumentation, controls, plant optimization, and capital improvements across operating RNG facilities.

The Senior Data Scientist develops and operationalizes predictive models and AI algorithms across investment platforms. Responsibilities include data analysis, feature engineering, model experimentation, deployment with MLflow and Docker, CI/CD automation, monitoring for drift and performance, data pipeline and lake design, governance, security, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires translating technical findings into strategic recommendations and managing the full machine-learning lifecycle.
