Manage and execute investor and fund operations workflows, ensuring accurate reconciliations, reporting, and timely investor servicing. Coordinate cross-functionally, resolve complex operational issues, support system implementations and UAT, improve controls and documentation, assist audits, and mentor junior staff to enhance scalability and service delivery.

Lead design and governance of enterprise data models across Databricks Lakehouse, Snowflake, and MongoDB. Partner with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-performance dimensional and relational models, establish medallion architecture and modeling standards, optimize performance, and enable analytics, ML/GenAI, and reporting use cases.

Prepare and review fund and co-investment GAAP financial statements, reconciliations, and NAV; manage quarter-end close, investor reporting, cash/liquidity, fee calculations, and support audits, valuations, and fund setup for infrastructure/private equity investments.
