Maintain confidential student academic records, validate enrollment and graduation requirements, process official registrar documents (transcripts, verifications), generate reports, resolve incomplete records, support compliance (CHED/DepEd/TESDA), respond to inquiries, and recommend process improvements to enhance registrar operations.

Develop and launch specialist and corporate training programs to drive revenue; build and maintain client relationships; identify market opportunities; analyze sales and program performance; coordinate end-to-end program delivery, onboarding/offboarding, marketing materials, reporting, and instructor recruitment.

Provide day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless networks (FortiGate, Ruckus, Cisco, TP-Link Omada); monitor systems, respond to alerts, implement security controls (MFA, hardening), perform patching, backups and basic recovery, handle escalations, onboard/offboard users, maintain documentation, and support IT projects while guiding junior engineers.

Support procurement and disbursement processes: review and monitor requests, coordinate suppliers and quotations, maintain trackers and databases, assist with POs and disbursements, prepare status reports, support audit readiness, and recommend process improvements.

Lead and improve the General Education program: develop curricula, integrate workplace and digital competencies, supervise and train faculty, monitor teaching quality and student outcomes, and ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional standards to boost student workplace readiness.

Manage graduate placement and career development by conducting exit interviews, job matching, employer research, and alumni engagement. Plan and deliver career readiness workshops, coaching, mock interviews, and employer-aligned programs. Track outcomes, produce reports, maintain alumni databases, and collaborate with academic teams and communications to promote placement achievements.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain ATS and recruitment trackers; coordinate assessments and offers; generate hiring reports; build talent pipelines; support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
