Provides healthcare services, triage, referrals, and emergency response for students and staff. Maintains compliant medical records and EMR systems, conducts emergency drills and readiness checks, leads wellness initiatives, manages clinic supplies and reporting, and coordinates health concerns with Security, Facilities, HR/Admin, faculty, and staff.

Provides Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, network, connectivity, login, and printer issues. Troubleshoots and documents user concerns through ticketing systems, email, and phone; sets up workstations and user accounts; escalates complex issues; maintains ticket records and IT asset inventory; and performs routine maintenance and system checks.

Support departmental administrative and clerical tasks while completing a practicum. Must be a current bachelors student with interest in Multimedia Arts, ICT, or Game Development. Demonstrate strong written and verbal English, proactivity, ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to new tools, and complete 200300 hours of on-the-job training.
