Provides Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, network, connectivity, login, and printer issues. Troubleshoots and documents user concerns through ticketing systems, email, and phone; sets up workstations and user accounts; escalates complex issues; maintains ticket records and IT asset inventory; and performs routine maintenance and system checks.

Coordinates student internships with accredited industry partners, manages deployment documentation and compliance, monitors internship progress, resolves escalations, and consolidates evaluations. Tracks graduate employment outcomes, maintains internship and alumni databases, supports recruitment events and job fairs, analyzes internship-to-hire conversion, and prepares placement dashboards and employability reports. Collaborates with industry partnerships, career development, academic, and student formation teams to improve student preparedness and placement results.

Support departmental administrative and clerical tasks while completing a practicum. Must be a current bachelors student with interest in Multimedia Arts, ICT, or Game Development. Demonstrate strong written and verbal English, proactivity, ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to new tools, and complete 200300 hours of on-the-job training.
