Lead development and management of the BS Information Systems program focused on business and data analytics; ensure CHED compliance; create curricula and syllabi; recruit and develop faculty; prepare academic reports; build industry linkages; coordinate program continuity with academic and non-academic offices.

Support departmental administrative and clerical tasks while completing a practicum. Must be a current bachelors student with interest in Multimedia Arts, ICT, or Game Development. Demonstrate strong written and verbal English, proactivity, ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to new tools, and complete 200300 hours of on-the-job training.

Maintain confidential student academic records, validate enrollment and graduation requirements, process official registrar documents (transcripts, verifications), generate reports, resolve incomplete records, support compliance (CHED/DepEd/TESDA), respond to inquiries, and recommend process improvements to enhance registrar operations.
