Own production protocol engineering for Quant’s permissioned EVM and rollup systems. Responsibilities include managing the release lifecycle from development through audit and deployment, coordinating external audits, remediating findings, maintaining upstream forks, making protocol divergence decisions, and explaining unexpected chain behavior to reliability, security, and banking stakeholders.

Owns security for a regulated blockchain platform, including continuous detection and response, PKI and certificate lifecycle management, threat intelligence, transaction monitoring, and on-chain analytics. Partners with reliability teams during security and availability incidents, establishes the security operating model, and produces evidence for regulators. The role requires leadership of security operations in financial services or another regulated industry, with blockchain, digital asset, and client-tooling experience helpful but not essential.

Lead Quant’s US client engagement and operational delivery for a regulated financial institution. Own the client relationship, operational direction, service outcomes, stringent KPIs and SLAs, commercial performance, and P&L. Establish operating standards and accountability frameworks while communicating with bank executives and engineering teams. The role requires experience managing regulated environments, including audit trails, examinations, and externally tested change controls. Exposure to blockchain, distributed ledgers, payments, market infrastructure, or transaction banking is advantageous but not essential.

Own the reliability of production blockchain infrastructure supporting regulated institutional money. Define service levels, error-budget policies, release authority, and operational standards. Build and lead a site reliability or production engineering team, including a sustainable continuous-coverage rotation. Diagnose stateful chain-platform failures involving infrastructure and protocol behavior. Required experience includes production reliability leadership, practical error-budget management, continuous on-call coverage, Kubernetes, Terraform, and hands-on observability troubleshooting.

Lead platform reliability for a production blockchain estate, serving as the deepest technical escalation point. Diagnose protocol and distributed-systems behavior, debug Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm deployments, and collaborate with protocol engineers. Establish effective runbooks, actionable alerting, and postmortems that drive improvements. This is an individual-contributor technical leadership role rather than a people-management position.

Leads executive relationships across strategic enterprise accounts, owning post-sale lifecycle management, governance, success planning, adoption, renewals, churn prevention, and expansion. Acts as a senior customer advocate across internal teams, drives organizational change and digital transformation, delivers executive business reviews, analyzes performance data, and ensures accountability for customer outcomes, KPIs, and contractual commitments.

Administer variable compensation plans for approximately 200 quota-carrying sales representatives, including commission calculations, validations, adjustments, payouts, crediting logic, quotas, and territory assignments. Develop market-facing narratives, secure meaningful coverage, support corporate and product announcements, establish PR operating processes, and measure performance through media, sentiment, share-of-voice, and executive visibility KPIs. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Legal, Analyst Relations, and global business units.

Leads global analyst relations and market intelligence for an industrial software company. Builds analyst relationships, coordinates briefings and evaluations, manages research investments, monitors competitive and market developments, and translates external insights into recommendations for strategy, positioning, product priorities, and go-to-market decisions. Establishes cross-functional processes, delivers executive briefings, supports commercial teams, and develops knowledge-management resources using AI-enabled research tools where appropriate.

Build and lead Velotic’s product security program, including secure SDLC practices, security tooling, threat modeling, vulnerability management, security automation, and developer security training. Lead architecture reviews, penetration testing, incident response, compliance activities, customer security assessments, and security champions initiatives. Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, IT, support, customers, system integrators, and MSSP providers while reporting security metrics and risks to executive leadership.

Lead quality assurance strategy for complex software, designing automated testing frameworks and comprehensive test plans across unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and security testing. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, manage on-premise and cloud test environments, conduct risk and root-cause analysis, track quality metrics, mentor engineers, improve SDLC processes, and collaborate with technical and product stakeholders. Experience with SCADA applications and PLC devices is required.

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and EOR populations. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing; manage Workday Payroll, vendors, audits, tax reporting, payroll accounting, reconciliations, controls, and financial close activities. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and external providers while developing scalable policies, governance, KPIs, and process improvements.

Leads end-to-end finance and controllership operations for Velotic’s China legal entity, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; financial, statutory, and management reporting; treasury and cash management; payroll accounting; transfer pricing; tax and regulatory compliance; audits; balance-sheet reconciliations; and ERP implementation improvements. Partners with global Controllership, FP&A, and operational finance teams to improve processes, reporting quality, compliance, and closing efficiency.

Manage end-to-end UK & EMEA multi-country payroll operations, oversee CloudPay delivery and EOR providers, act as Workday HCM payroll SME, ensure compliance with local tax and statutory rules, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and drive process standardization and automation.

Support end-to-end People Operations for India/APAC: onboarding/offboarding, employee data maintenance in Workday, HR systems administration, contract and payroll/benefits support, reporting, and employee case management while partnering with global HR teams.

Support and configure Workday HCM and related modules (Time, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting). Manage integrations, reporting, testing, and data quality. Participate in Workday Recruiting implementation, stakeholder requirements, UAT, and process improvements. Lead executive-level customer engagement and post-sale lifecycle for strategic industrial software accounts. Drive adoption, renewals, expansion, risk mitigation, executive governance, cross-functional coordination, data-driven success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud environments for an enterprise SaaS platform. Implement IaC, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, monitoring, automation, and database optimizations. Enforce security best practices, drive ITIL/Agile operations, collaborate across global teams, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability and performance.

Partner with Sales leadership to manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Analyze sales performance, build dashboards and reports, support period-end close, monitor sales expenses, advise on pricing and compensation, and drive process improvements to strengthen financial controls and sales profitability.
