Processes and validates complex B2B customer invoices across recurring, milestone, usage-based, and time-and-materials billing models. Reviews orders, contracts, pricing, taxes, and payment terms; resolves billing errors and customer inquiries; prepares billing adjustments; manages billing records and portals; supports reconciliations, month-end close, audits, and billing reporting. Serve as the Workday HCM payroll subject matter expert, supporting integrations, testing, and updates. Build and maintain digital commerce and supply-chain platforms as a full-stack engineer.
