Processes and validates complex B2B customer invoices across recurring, milestone, usage-based, and time-and-materials billing models. Reviews orders, contracts, pricing, taxes, and payment terms; resolves billing errors and customer inquiries; prepares billing adjustments; manages billing records and portals; supports reconciliations, month-end close, audits, and billing reporting. Partners with Sales, Order Management, Revenue Accounting, Tax, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to improve order-to-cash processes and controls.

Oversee revenue accounting and ensure accurate, timely recognition under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. Analyze complex customer contracts, performance obligations, standalone selling prices, modifications, and revenue streams. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and audit documentation; monitor deferred revenue and contract balances; resolve billing issues; maintain policies and controls; support systems and automation; research technical accounting matters; and guide finance colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Manage global customer billing disputes from investigation through resolution. Review contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and billing terms; determine credits, rebills, and adjustments; document resolutions; track dispute aging; support close and audits; produce reporting; and improve billing controls and order-to-cash processes while collaborating across Finance, Sales, Billing, Operations, and Customer Service.
