Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and EOR populations. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing; manage Workday Payroll, vendors, audits, tax reporting, payroll accounting, reconciliations, controls, and financial close activities. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and external providers while developing scalable policies, governance, KPIs, and process improvements.

Leads end-to-end finance and controllership operations for Velotic’s China legal entity, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; financial, statutory, and management reporting; treasury and cash management; payroll accounting; transfer pricing; tax and regulatory compliance; audits; balance-sheet reconciliations; and ERP implementation improvements. Partners with global Controllership, FP&A, and operational finance teams to improve processes, reporting quality, compliance, and closing efficiency.

Manage end-to-end UK & EMEA multi-country payroll operations, oversee CloudPay delivery and EOR providers, act as Workday HCM payroll SME, ensure compliance with local tax and statutory rules, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and drive process standardization and automation.
