Own production protocol engineering for Quant’s permissioned EVM and rollup systems. Responsibilities include managing the release lifecycle from development through audit and deployment, coordinating external audits, remediating findings, maintaining upstream forks, making protocol divergence decisions, and explaining unexpected chain behavior to reliability, security, and banking stakeholders.

Owns security for a regulated blockchain platform, including continuous detection and response, PKI and certificate lifecycle management, threat intelligence, transaction monitoring, and on-chain analytics. Partners with reliability teams during security and availability incidents, establishes the security operating model, and produces evidence for regulators. The role requires leadership of security operations in financial services or another regulated industry, with blockchain, digital asset, and client-tooling experience helpful but not essential.

Lead Quant’s US client engagement and operational delivery for a regulated financial institution. Own the client relationship, operational direction, service outcomes, stringent KPIs and SLAs, commercial performance, and P&L. Establish operating standards and accountability frameworks while communicating with bank executives and engineering teams. The role requires experience managing regulated environments, including audit trails, examinations, and externally tested change controls. Exposure to blockchain, distributed ledgers, payments, market infrastructure, or transaction banking is advantageous but not essential.
