Provide resident-centered clinical care in a senior living community: monitor health, perform assessments and monthly wellness visits, manage medications and MARs, support infection control, coordinate with physicians and families, maintain clinical records and supplies, participate in quality assurance and training, and assist clinical leadership.

Plan and execute social content showcasing community life: capture photos/videos, edit for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube, write captions, manage a content calendar, engage with followers, collaborate with teams, and ensure respectful resident-centered storytelling.

Greet residents, families, guests and callers; manage reception area; take messages; respond to emergencies; assist with marketing tours, light dining or mail duties; support administrative projects; uphold resident rights and company policies; maintain required health, safety, and certification credentials.

Maintain a welcoming front desk by answering phones, greeting residents/guests, directing inquiries, responding to emergencies, conducting marketing tours, supporting administrative tasks, assisting meal service, handling mail and locking the community. Maintain required certifications (CPR, Food Handler), meet health/licensure requirements, and participate in training and company policy compliance.
