Design and refine combat systems, enemy archetypes, bosses, and RPG combat interactions for a Soulslike game. Implement combat behaviors using Unreal Engine Behaviour Trees, Animation Graphs, and Blueprints; tune animation timing, hitboxes, frame data, and invulnerability frames. Collaborate with programmers, level designers, artists, animators, VFX, audio, and production teams. Create design documentation, support playtesting, resolve gameplay issues, and help deliver a polished product.

Oversee CI Games SE’s accounting and tax compliance, prepare annual, half-year, and quarterly financial statements, manage audits, submit Polish tax and government reports, and monitor evolving reporting requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of Polish taxation, advanced Excel skills, accuracy, organization, stakeholder collaboration, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
