The Senior Producer will lead cross-disciplinary game development teams, establish scope and milestones, manage resources, budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, coordinating stakeholders and external partners, improving agile production processes, solving delivery challenges, and balancing creative vision with player expectations. The role is fully remote and requires ownership of team performance and project outcomes.

Oversee CI Games SE’s accounting and tax compliance, prepare annual, half-year, and quarterly financial statements, manage audits, submit Polish tax and government reports, and monitor evolving reporting requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of Polish taxation, advanced Excel skills, accuracy, organization, stakeholder collaboration, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
