Leads the enterprise IT Quality Assurance function, including QA strategy, governance, global team management, vendor partnerships, budgets, compliance, validation, and testing transformation. Oversees lifecycle testing, automation, Agile practices, Azure DevOps processes, reporting, audit readiness, and AI-enabled quality initiatives. Partners with technology, business, PMO, security, quality, and vendor stakeholders to improve delivery quality, scalability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

The Continuous Improvement Supervisor leads Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, OEE, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, conducting Gemba walks, implementing 5S and Lean Daily Management, analyzing operational and cost data, tracking improvement actions, supporting safety and food safety programs, and developing Lean capabilities across the workforce. The role also supervises and coaches employees while ensuring compliance with plant procedures.

Leads enterprise IT portfolio governance, executive program management, quality assurance, compliance, and agile delivery transformation. Oversees CEO- and ELT-sponsored initiatives, portfolio sequencing, executive reporting, risk management, automated testing, continuous validation, and delivery metrics. Builds product-oriented operating models, embeds quality and compliance into delivery pipelines, manages vendors, and develops PMO and QA teams while driving automation, operational excellence, and improved delivery speed and predictability.
