Acts as a strategic advisor and chief of staff for Mexico and LATAM, supporting the VP and GM with business alignment, strategic initiative governance, PMO activities, executive reporting, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination. Manages executive operations including calendars, travel, expenses, communications, leadership meetings, vendor payments, and administrative processes. Tracks business objectives, KPIs, milestones, risks, and accountability while facilitating execution of regional growth priorities.

Supports Oracle and logistics systems, customer fulfillment, transportation, retail compliance, and related operational processes. Provides troubleshooting, user training, documentation, requirements gathering, testing, chargeback analysis, and process improvement. Partners with Logistics, Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, IT, business users, and external partners to resolve issues, improve data integrity and system utilization, manage compliance requirements, and support implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage the sales process and performance for the Meijer national account, including annual sales, trade spending, profit, financial management, syndicated data analysis, and trade promotion activities. Build senior-level customer relationships, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and present business results to executives. The role is remote with travel to Grand Rapids approximately four to six times annually.
