Lead global brand growth and equity for a portfolio (Hero, Nair, APDEO, First Response, Curash). Develop 3-year strategies, oversee global new-product pipeline and launches, approve creative and packaging, support subsidiary markets, track performance, and drive geographic expansion and profitability. Partner with US domestic and international teams; manage brand playbooks and communication consistency. Requires occasional international travel.

Provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding/offboarding and HR operations, advise on employee relations and Ontario employment law, support HR programs (L&D, D&I, engagement), and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
