Supports the Batiste brand by developing and executing integrated marketing plans, coordinating agency and promotional activities, forecasting volume, managing financial plans, tracking competitors and business performance, and analyzing market, category, inventory, and channel trends.

Leads the enterprise IT Quality Assurance function, including QA strategy, governance, global team management, vendor partnerships, budgets, compliance, validation, and testing transformation. Oversees lifecycle testing, automation, Agile practices, Azure DevOps processes, reporting, audit readiness, and AI-enabled quality initiatives. Partners with technology, business, PMO, security, quality, and vendor stakeholders to improve delivery quality, scalability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

The Continuous Improvement Supervisor leads Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, OEE, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, conducting Gemba walks, implementing 5S and Lean Daily Management, analyzing operational and cost data, tracking improvement actions, supporting safety and food safety programs, and developing Lean capabilities across the workforce. The role also supervises and coaches employees while ensuring compliance with plant procedures.
