Support execution of OxiClean's integrated marketing plan, manage brand activities and licensor/licensee relationships, co-lead forecasting and financial reporting, launch new products with cross-functional teams, and develop category expertise to drive brand growth.

Support development and execution of international brand strategies, analyze sales and competitive trends, manage new product launches and packaging, create global playbooks and communications, and coordinate cross-functional partners and subsidiary markets to grow global brand equity.

Lead commercial forecasting, PPR process, and advanced analytics to drive cross-functional alignment. Manage BHAG tracking and the 2030 strategic model, produce executive-level reports and decision-support materials, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to integrate IBP/S&OP and improve forecast accuracy and sales performance.
