Supports financial and cost accounting for a manufacturing and distribution facility. Responsibilities include month-end close, reconciliations, product costing, SAP master data, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. Partners with operations and supply chain teams on cost savings, yield improvement, working capital, and performance initiatives. Develops Power BI analytics and maintains compliance with accounting policies. This role is intended to develop future Plant Controller leadership capabilities.

Manages B2B specialty chemicals sales across an assigned territory, building strategic customer relationships, executing territory and account plans, negotiating contracts, supporting pricing and profitability objectives, maintaining CRM data, tracking sales KPIs, and providing competitive intelligence. The role requires independent account management, commercial negotiation, customer presentations, and frequent travel of up to 75%.

Develop and maintain rolling 18-month demand forecasts by brand and UPC. Lead Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning, and monitor forecast accuracy. Analyze forecast errors using JDA and Power BI, identify corrective actions, support new product introductions, communicate demand changes, and drive continuous improvement in sales forecasting and inventory planning.
