Clean and service public areas, bathrooms, pool areas, and dry attractions; perform pool cleaning and water testing, light maintenance, and guest-facing customer service. Must lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle cleaning chemicals.

Greet and check guests in/out, provide accurate resort and local information, maintain a clean, organized front desk, resolve guest issues calmly, coordinate with departments, and meet daily performance standards.

Provide outdoor guest-facing support at a golf course: greet guests, direct to range/tee, handle bags, set up and clean golf carts, maintain range and carts, clean clubs after rounds, assist with cart maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, install and configure equipment, develop user training, document incidents and remedial actions, and coordinate major repairs with vendors.

Oversees aquatic areas to ensure guest safety, supervises slide attendants and lifeguards, maintains operational effectiveness, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, handles incidents tactfully, and delivers high-quality guest service.

Oversee and inspect housekeeping staff to ensure attractive, clean rooms and guest satisfaction. Assign duties, provide training and corrective action, monitor productivity, control inventory, report damages, and enforce safe use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Manage month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist in financial statement and audit preparation, maintain payables, fixed assets, payroll and 1099s, and prepare sales and use tax returns for smaller entities.
