Plans, develops, monitors, and updates integrated project schedules for the COSMIC contract. Prepares baseline schedules, resource allocation plans, and schedule basis documents; analyzes critical paths, deviations, variances, and change-order impacts. Coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams, verifies physical progress, supports corrective actions, maintains project milestones, and records historical schedules and lessons learned. Requires project planning and scheduling experience, project management software proficiency, and familiarity with Maximo workflow.

Performs senior-level mechanical engineering for NASA facilities, utilities, process piping, fluid and gas systems, and special test equipment. Responsibilities include design development, engineering analyses, modeling, calculations, construction monitoring, cost estimating, trade studies, vendor submittal reviews, and project scheduling. Provides technical oversight, peer review, mentorship, staffing support, and recommendations for facility mechanical design and construction activities.

Leads CAD/BIM drafting operations by coordinating workloads, assigning tasks, mentoring staff, maintaining drafting standards, conducting peer reviews, and supporting training. Creates and updates 2D and 3D models, site drawings, construction documents, field-change updates, and as-built records across multiple engineering disciplines. Performs field verification and ensures drafting quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.

Supervises the PMO teams responsible for construction management, project management, configuration coordination, and project controls. Oversees staffing, onboarding, work assignments, performance management, project portfolio execution, cost and schedule monitoring, reporting, change control, procurement and contracting coordination, construction readiness, customer communication, and project closeout. Establishes project management standards, improves processes, mentors staff, and ensures compliance across engineering, procurement, and construction projects.

Performs complex electrical engineering for facilities, utilities, technical systems, and special test equipment. Responsibilities include power distribution, grounding, lighting, controls, PLC and instrumentation integration, design calculations, construction packages, cost estimating, vendor submittal review, site verification, project monitoring, technical oversight, mentorship, and staffing support. The role requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams and compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, safety procedures, and site requirements.

Designs and supports electrical systems for new and modified facilities, including power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, and UPS systems. Prepares construction plans, specifications, proposals, and cost estimates; reviews contractor submittals and RFIs; checks team designs; monitors project status; and conducts site visits to verify conditions and as-builts. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with electrical, safety, and site standards.

Provides technical leadership for a government contract finance organization supporting NASA. Oversees financial reporting, forecasting, billing support, cost analysis, reconciliations, variance analysis, Estimate-at-Completion projections, financial controls, and customer deliverables. Leads process documentation, quality reviews, issue resolution, and finance-team workload coordination. Partners with program, contracts, operations, procurement, HR, and corporate finance teams while improving reporting automation and data integrity using Oracle, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and related tools.

Leads CAD and Creo drafting operations by assigning and forecasting workloads, reviewing drawings and models, maintaining drafting standards and templates, mentoring staff, supporting training, and updating site drawings, construction models, and as-built records. Performs solid modeling, field verification, dimensioning, and drafting across mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and architectural disciplines while supporting model-based engineering practices and quality requirements.

Manages engineering, procurement, and construction projects from formulation through closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, estimates, quality and safety plans; monitoring performance, risks, changes, deliverables, subcontractors, procurement, construction, testing, and regulatory requirements; coordinating engineering and construction teams; communicating with customers and stakeholders; leading meetings; and ensuring formal project completion.
