Plans, develops, monitors, and updates integrated project schedules for the COSMIC contract. Prepares baseline schedules, resource allocation plans, and schedule basis documents; analyzes critical paths, deviations, variances, and change-order impacts. Coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams, verifies physical progress, supports corrective actions, maintains project milestones, and records historical schedules and lessons learned. Requires project planning and scheduling experience, project management software proficiency, and familiarity with Maximo workflow.

Performs senior-level mechanical engineering for NASA facilities, utilities, process piping, fluid and gas systems, and special test equipment. Responsibilities include design development, engineering analyses, modeling, calculations, construction monitoring, cost estimating, trade studies, vendor submittal reviews, and project scheduling. Provides technical oversight, peer review, mentorship, staffing support, and recommendations for facility mechanical design and construction activities.

Leads CAD/BIM drafting operations by coordinating workloads, assigning tasks, mentoring staff, maintaining drafting standards, conducting peer reviews, and supporting training. Creates and updates 2D and 3D models, site drawings, construction documents, field-change updates, and as-built records across multiple engineering disciplines. Performs field verification and ensures drafting quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
