Provides behavior-analytic support under clinical supervision by conducting functional and skills assessments, developing behavior support plans, training direct-service staff, monitoring treatment fidelity, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, educators, state employees, and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires BACB supervision hours, completion of an approved graduate-level course sequence, BCBA exam completion, and required CPR, First Aid, OSHA, and SOAR certifications.

Oversee daily operations of a day services program, supervise and support Direct Support Professionals, coordinate person-centered plans, organize activities, and ensure clients’ medical, financial, recreational, and support needs are met. The Manager also maintains staffing ratios, training, documentation, crisis response, personnel management, and collaboration with medical, professional, and state representatives.

Provides administrative and office support by answering phones, coordinating employee training sign-ups, checking references, filing, distributing monthly reports and financial statements, and maintaining confidential paperwork. The role also involves creating documents, communicating with employees, clients, professional contacts, and state employees, prioritizing assignments, and supporting Human Resources and the Area Director. This is a part-time, entry-level office position.
