Provide direct care and supervision for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Teach daily living skills, implement person-centered and behavioral plans, assist with medications, maintain documentation and safety, plan activities, support families and staff scheduling, and complete required trainings and certifications. Work is on-site and may involve handling aggressive or medically fragile individuals.

Part-time HR Assistant responsible for full-cycle hiring: sourcing, attending job fairs, promoting the organization, screening, interviewing, scheduling, background/drug checks, and performing general office administrative tasks as assigned.

Plan and implement recreational activities for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and maintain communication with managers regarding individual needs.
