Prepare and reconcile daily transactions, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, bank and reserve account reconciliations, vendor payments (check/ACH), assist audits and 1099 processing, and maintain property accounting records in YARDI while supporting Controller/CFO and following internal controls and confidentiality/HIPAA guidelines.

Provide community-based case management and support to individuals with psychiatric, substance abuse, medical, social, and legal needs. Conduct assessments and recovery planning, connect clients to services (housing, education, employment), deliver skill-building and crisis de-escalation, document outcomes in EHRs, transport clients as needed, facilitate support groups, and collaborate with community agencies and internal teams.
