The Development Manager supports fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, grant and appeal initiatives, and philanthropic events. The role coordinates event logistics, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and donor databases while creating newsletters, appeals, social media, website, and other marketing communications. It also builds community relationships, manages Bloomerang administration, collaborates with program and finance teams, and provides operational support to the development leadership team.

Provides community-based case management and direct support to individuals with complex psychiatric, substance abuse, medical, social, and legal needs. Responsibilities include assessments, recovery planning, skill development, crisis de-escalation, advocacy, coordination with service agencies, documentation, group support, and client transportation. Requires collaboration with clinical, educational, vocational, and social service providers while supporting client independence and recovery.
