The Development Manager supports fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, grant and appeal initiatives, and philanthropic events. The role coordinates event logistics, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and donor databases while creating newsletters, appeals, social media, website, and other marketing communications. It also builds community relationships, manages Bloomerang administration, collaborates with program and finance teams, and provides operational support to the development leadership team.

Provides community-based case management and direct support to individuals with complex psychiatric, substance abuse, medical, social, and legal needs. Responsibilities include assessments, recovery planning, skill development, crisis de-escalation, advocacy, documentation, coordination with service agencies, and support for employment, education, housing, and socialization. The role also transports clients when appropriate and facilitates self-help groups while maintaining HIPAA compliance and required records.

Coordinates the VA Transitional Living Program, overseeing participant referrals, assessments, documentation, progress monitoring, compliance, reporting, and interagency communication. Serves as the primary liaison with the Department of Veterans Affairs, supports participant stability and community reintegration, conducts chart audits and applicant screening, coordinates transportation, and helps maintain program standards and operations.
