Mid-level Systems Administrator providing 40% systems administration and 60% advanced Tier 2/3 help-desk support. Manage Windows AD, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure (Entra ID/Conditional Access/Azure Backup), Linux servers, and Veeam backups. Perform patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, occasional on-site hardware support, and rotate on-call duties. Collaborate with network teams and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Support and own supply chain systems (primarily WMS) and integrations to ensure accurate inventory, fulfillment, and reporting. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, analyze transactions, maintain system configuration, lead testing and releases, document processes, train users, and partner with business and vendor teams to implement improvements and controls.

Provide enthusiastic, expert customer service selling softgoods (jackets, apparel) by advising on fit and technical features, processing transactions, maintaining displays and inventory, suggesting complementary products, and helping create exceptional guest experiences.

Serve guests as a softgoods expert—welcome customers, provide product and fit guidance, close sales, operate POS, create displays, restock and maintain inventory, and suggest complementary gear to enhance mountain experiences.

Sell tennis equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories; provide expert customer service; perform footwear fitting, racket stringing/re-gripping, operate POS/register, merchandise stock, assist inventory control, and follow loss-prevention and store appearance standards.
