Supervise Distribution Center staff and delivery drivers handling receiving, put-away, storage, loading, and customer deliveries of patio merchandise. Ensure accurate documentation, safe vehicle operation, and coordination of intra-store transfers while enforcing lifting and safety standards.

Support and own supply chain systems (primarily WMS) and integrations to ensure accurate inventory, fulfillment, and reporting. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, analyze transactions, maintain system configuration, lead testing and releases, document processes, train users, and partner with business and vendor teams to implement improvements and controls.

Provide best-in-class guest service while selling tennis equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories. Greet customers, perform footwear fittings, operate POS, merchandise stock, protect assets, lift and move inventory, and work flexible schedules. Assist with inventory control and learn racket stringing and re-gripping services.

Provide enthusiastic, expert customer service selling softgoods (jackets, apparel) by advising on fit and technical features, processing transactions, maintaining displays and inventory, suggesting complementary products, and helping create exceptional guest experiences.
