Coordinates Middle East logistics and office operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, customs documentation, Free Zone transfers, freight forwarders, inventory records, warehouse activities, cycle counts, RMAs, service-part shipments, deliveries, office supplies, facilities requests, petty cash, and expense reporting. Ensures accurate documentation, compliance, inventory control, and timely customer and field-service support from the Dubai office.

Coordinates the end-to-end RMA process for product returns, repairs, replacements, warranty cases, and service parts. Responsibilities include processing RMAs, managing repair quotations and approvals, coordinating with customers, dealers, service providers, repair centers, and internal teams, tracking inventory and consignment stock, preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, meeting SLAs, and improving RMA and service operations.
