Develop and maintain automated testing libraries, scripts, frameworks, and utilities for embedded software and hardware products. Perform smoke, functional, and non-functional testing across APIs, UIs, and hardware variants. Investigate system-level issues in Linux environments, analyze test results, report quality findings, estimate automation benefits, and collaborate with QA and development teams to troubleshoot defects. The role also contributes to automation strategy, requirements review, test planning, and Scrum activities.

Supports and troubleshoots JDE Financials and finance-related system interfaces for global business users. Analyzes business processes, recommends technology solutions, creates specifications and report designs, collaborates with developers, and assists with testing. Requires SQL for data analysis and database updates, support for finance modules, and evening availability for North American users. Preferred experience includes Oracle Cloud EPM, JDE UDOs, distribution, manufacturing, service modules, Hubble Insight, and Vertex.

Coordinates Middle East logistics and office operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, customs documentation, Free Zone transfers, freight forwarders, inventory records, warehouse activities, cycle counts, RMAs, service-part shipments, deliveries, office supplies, facilities requests, petty cash, and expense reporting. Ensures accurate documentation, compliance, inventory control, and timely customer and field-service support from the Dubai office.
