Lead clinical operations for a senior living long-term care neighborhood: support the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care, provide education and training, participate in quality improvement, and serve as a visible, hands-on clinical leader for residents, families, and clinicians.

Provide PRN overnight clinical nursing care in assisted living and skilled nursing settings. Coordinate and document resident-centered care plans, administer medications, supervise support staff, communicate with families and clinicians, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Serve as the hands-on clinical leader supporting the Director of Nursing in a long-term care community. Mentor and coach nursing staff, conduct assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, lead quality improvement and education initiatives, and maintain visible presence with residents, families, and clinicians to uphold person-centered care and operational standards.

Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs for assisted living residents, supervise and assist with medication administration under nurse supervision, monitor and document resident condition, report changes or concerns, maintain communication with supervisors and families, restock basic supplies, and participate in staff meetings.

Provide personal care and assist with ADLs for senior living residents; administer and document medications under nurse direction following MARs and the five rights; monitor and report changes in resident condition; maintain safety, confidentiality, and resident dignity; fill PRN shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Plans and implements meaningful group and one-to-one activities for residents, manages supplies, drives the community bus for outings, observes and reports resident needs, supports the Life Enrichment Director (including acting in their absence), completes clerical reporting tasks, and participates on committees as assigned.

Provide person-centered assisted living care on weekends: help with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, mobility, and daily routines; assist with medication administration per certification and procedures; document care, observe and report changes, support families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and dignity.

Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs for assisted living residents, monitor safety and health status, supervise and administer medications per state certification and licensed nurse supervision, document care, restock supplies, report changes or concerns, and participate in staff meetings.
