Directs day-to-day social services for a senior living community. Assesses residents’ psychosocial needs, coordinates care and referrals, supports financial benefit access, mediates disputes, assists with crisis intervention, develops resident programs, maintains policies and budgets, and may supervise staff. The role works closely with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for workstation hardware, software, peripherals, phone systems, and network connectivity. Installs and maintains IT equipment, troubleshoots issues, trains staff, manages IT asset inventory, documents tickets, and supports technology rollouts. The role includes an approximately monthly after-hours on-call rotation and requires collaboration, strong communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Leads nursing care operations for a skilled nursing unit, monitoring residents, coordinating care plans, conducting assessments, ensuring PPS and MDS compliance, and supporting clinical emergencies. Manages scheduling and personnel, interviews and mentors nursing staff, conducts audits, communicates with families and providers, and participates in on-call rotations. Requires an active RN license, skilled nursing experience, CPR certification, and supervisory experience.
