Maintains Planful and NetSuite reporting systems, develops dashboards and benchmarks, validates data accuracy, and assists with annual operating plan and budget processes. Partners with management, budget owners, business units, and department leaders to provide financial insights for operational and investment decisions.

Manage and grow a Tucson-area territory of branded and unbranded convenience stores and truck stops. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding customer accounts, acquiring new business, developing sales and growth plans, improving customer profitability, managing promotions and loyalty programs, supporting mystery-shop performance, coordinating account receivables, and partnering with business development and project teams on conversions. The role requires frequent customer visits, sales reporting, relationship management, and achievement of territory revenue and gross-profit targets.

Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice generation, distribution, reconciliation, accounts receivable monitoring, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and audit support. Analyze contracts and purchase orders, maintain billing systems, ensure compliance, collaborate across departments, and identify process improvements that improve accuracy, efficiency, and payment collection.
