Supports daily HR operations for 450+ staff across multiple campuses, including onboarding, offboarding, intern programs, compliance screening, communications, employee reviews, benefits, budgeting, expense reconciliation, reimbursements, workspace access, safety training, and staff events. Coordinates hospitality, supplies, volunteers, licensing administration, and special projects while handling confidential employee information.

The Senior Accountant leads monthly close, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, tax filings, capital expenditure requests, and construction project reporting. The role provides financial analysis to ministry leaders, coordinates the annual audit, supports financial systems and policy improvements, and assists with special church events and occasional after-hours or weekend assignments.

Manage and maintain production audio, video, and lighting technical infrastructure across campuses. Troubleshoot AV, RF, video, lighting, communications, and network incidents; configure LED video walls; maintain device network connectivity and IP organization; integrate system upgrades; maintain drawings and contingency inventory; perform preventative maintenance, administrative tasks, and support events.

Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements, analyze financial data, assist monthly reporting, support budgeting, audits, tax filings, improve processes, maintain accounting systems, and participate in key events with occasional after-hours work.

Provide payroll and HRIS administration (ADP Workforce Now) for 400+ employees across campuses; manage benefits (HSA, FSA, COBRA), leave (FMLA, disability), workers' compensation, compliance (ACA, EEOC), onboarding orientations, and vendor/insurance liaison duties. Maintain accurate personnel data and support reporting and employment verifications.
