Teams at Christ Fellowship Church

Lead event logistics for conferences and global church events, coordinate timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, manage ticketing (Brushfire), secure permits, create templates, and build/lead event teams.

Provide payroll and HRIS administration (ADP Workforce Now) for 400+ employees across campuses; manage benefits (HSA, FSA, COBRA), leave (FMLA, disability), workers' compensation, compliance (ACA, EEOC), onboarding orientations, and vendor/insurance liaison duties. Maintain accurate personnel data and support reporting and employment verifications.

Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements, analyze financial data, assist monthly reporting, support budgeting, audits, tax filings, improve processes, maintain accounting systems, and participate in key events with occasional after-hours work.
