Teams at Christ Covenant Institute

Support-based summer internship at Connection Church involving spiritual development, leadership development, and hands-on ministry. Applicants complete a multi-phase application and assessments, may interview with local supervisors, and must register for Reliant support-raising training upon provisional acceptance. Weekly time commitment: ~3–4 hours spiritual, ~3–4 hours leadership, and ~7–8 hours hands-on ministry.

Two-year on-site residency equipping individuals for gospel ministry through hands-on church placements, mentoring, theological training, professional development, and administrative experience. Residents commit ~40 hours weekly across ministry track work, theological study, staff participation, and Sunday service involvement.

Lead and coach college student leaders through discipleship, run Bible studies, build relationships with non-Christian students, share the gospel, attend and plan campus and church events, participate in staff meetings, and optionally pursue seminary training during a 25–30 hour weekly residency.
