Supports daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, donation and payment processing, reconciliations, invoice payments, credit card transactions, financial records, reporting support, and confidential donor information management. The role also provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Finance Team and requires accuracy, organization, discretion, communication, and commitment to the church’s mission.

Develop and share ministry stories across digital channels: discover and interview contributors, create social-first short-form video and written content, manage content calendar, capture event visuals, collaborate with communications team and external agency, and analyze engagement to improve reach.

Lead launch and daily operations of a faith-based, play-centered preschool: obtain state licensing, design curriculum aligned to Ohio standards, recruit and manage staff, build family relationships, oversee budget and compliance, and ensure kindergarten readiness with Christian formation.
