Lead launch and daily operations of a faith-based, play-centered preschool: obtain state licensing, design curriculum aligned to Ohio standards, recruit and manage staff, build family relationships, oversee budget and compliance, and ensure kindergarten readiness with Christian formation.

Lead production of video and podcast content for weekend services, events, and ministry initiatives. Capture and edit high-quality video and audio, manage post-production workflows, publish podcast episodes, maintain equipment and assets, and collaborate with communications and ministry teams. Train and support volunteers and ensure consistent production standards across projects.

Lead and grow the Ability & Inclusion ministry for adults with disabilities: oversee programs, recruit/train volunteer teams, adapt curriculum, coordinate buddies, build community partnerships, and plan events and support groups to help adults fully engage in church life.
