The role also requires enforcing policies, maintaining internal controls, and serving as backup coverage for key finance functions.

Leads contemporary worship services and supports worship staff, musicians, and volunteers. Responsibilities include worship leadership, music direction, songwriting and arrangement, recruiting, auditions, coaching, discipleship, team development, service planning, budgeting, administration, and special church initiatives. The role supervises worship leaders and music directors, supports multiple campuses, and collaborates with pastoral and worship arts leadership.

Supports audio, video, and lighting production systems for worship services, events, weddings, and funerals across multiple campuses. Responsibilities include equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, stage design support, technical operation, training, and project assistance. The role requires schedule flexibility, including Christmas and Easter availability, strong teamwork, independent judgment, reliability, and commitment to the church’s mission and Christian values.

Leads creative development and brand stewardship across church communications. Directs designers, writers, photographers, and videographers; establishes visual, verbal, and storytelling direction; oversees campaigns, sermon series, events, and ministry initiatives; reviews deliverables; develops creative processes; and translates ministry objectives into strategic briefs. The role also coaches team members, partners with ministry leaders, and cultivates a collaborative, high-quality creative culture.

Leads 5th–8th grade ministry by recruiting, training, and shepherding volunteer leaders; developing Sunday and home-group programs; partnering with parents; creating safe, welcoming environments; and building relationships with local schools. The role also leads youth trips involving overnight stays and serves across two weekly ministries while supporting the church’s doctrine and Gospel mission.

Provides front-office coverage and ministry administrative support for the Fort Worth Campus. Handles calls and inquiries, coordinates with staff, follows up with adults seeking care or pastoral connection, conducts initial conversations, supports Campus Ministers, tracks requests, and helps coordinate ministry connections, meetings, groups, classes, benevolence needs, and events. The role requires a dependable, approachable Christian with strong administrative, communication, hospitality, confidentiality, and coordination skills.

Leads high school ministry by casting vision, teaching biblical and theological truths, developing staff, training and shepherding small-group leaders, and supporting parents in discipling students. The role collaborates on teaching strategy, assists with student events, participates in campus initiatives, and provides leadership for ministry setup and support activities. Candidates must be committed Christians in good standing, support church leadership and philosophy, work effectively in teams, and ideally bring teaching experience and ministry experience.

Part-time coordinator leading and supporting Thrive ministry volunteers, mentors, group leaders, coaches, and participants. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, preparing and co-leading weekly gatherings, providing spiritual care and occasional crisis support to women, coordinating ministry environments, developing content, and supporting promotions and special projects. The role requires biblical counseling knowledge, emotional steadiness, strong communication, confidentiality, and alignment with Christ Chapel’s Christian doctrine and ministry philosophy.
