Provides front-office coverage and ministry administrative support for the Fort Worth Campus. Handles calls and inquiries, coordinates with staff, follows up with adults seeking care or pastoral connection, conducts initial conversations, supports Campus Ministers, tracks requests, and helps coordinate ministry connections, meetings, groups, classes, benevolence needs, and events. The role requires a dependable, approachable Christian with strong administrative, communication, hospitality, confidentiality, and coordination skills.

Leads high school ministry by casting vision, teaching biblical and theological truths, developing staff, training and shepherding small-group leaders, and supporting parents in discipling students. The role collaborates on teaching strategy, assists with student events, participates in campus initiatives, and provides leadership for ministry setup and support activities. Candidates must be committed Christians in good standing, support church leadership and philosophy, work effectively in teams, and ideally bring teaching experience and ministry experience.

Part-time coordinator leading and supporting Thrive ministry volunteers, mentors, group leaders, coaches, and participants. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, preparing and co-leading weekly gatherings, providing spiritual care and occasional crisis support to women, coordinating ministry environments, developing content, and supporting promotions and special projects. The role requires biblical counseling knowledge, emotional steadiness, strong communication, confidentiality, and alignment with Christ Chapel’s Christian doctrine and ministry philosophy.
