Own marketing and partnerships operations infrastructure, including HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, campaign tracking, Salesforce integrations, and PartnerStack administration. Improve funnel efficiency, pipeline hygiene, lead conversion, and channel ROI through automation, reporting, forecasting, and data governance. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Analytics teams to implement scalable revenue processes.

Own sales, onboarding, and customer success operations, including territory management, commissions, pipeline and lifecycle processes, CRM data hygiene, reporting, health scoring, segmentation, and workflow improvements. Translate operational needs into buildable requirements for Business Systems, reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and support revenue teams through data-informed decisions and cross-functional partnership.

Own GTM performance analytics, KPI and target setting, reporting, forecasting, compensation planning, and performance reviews across Sales and Post-Sales. Identify anomalies and optimization opportunities involving conversion, churn, productivity, pricing, packaging, segmentation, channel economics, and customer quality. Partner with Finance and GTM leaders to develop recommendations, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure data integrity while translating analysis into actionable business decisions.
