Build university partnerships, engage Chinese student communities through WeChat and Xiaohongshu, manage Handshake, run recruiting events, create bilingual content, coordinate interviews, maintain talent pipelines, and track channel performance. The role partners with Marketing, Sales leadership, hiring managers, and China-based recruiting teams. It is hybrid in Chicago with occasional campus travel and some evening or weekend events.

Installs, configures, and supports restaurant technology, including POS terminals, kiosks, handhelds, printers, and networking equipment. Prepares menus, verifies networks, trains restaurant staff, monitors systems after installation, and resolves technical issues. Collaborates with menu, operations, product, and engineering teams to support local adoption and implementation. The role requires customer-facing experience, English and Mandarin fluency, occasional travel to client restaurants, physical installation work, and on-call availability.

Create bilingual English and Chinese visual assets across digital advertising, social media, sales collateral, events, product education, video, and employer branding. Maintain brand consistency, design systems, templates, and asset libraries while supporting marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. Prepare print-ready materials, collaborate with vendors, manage design requests, and use performance data and AI tools to improve creative output.
