Lead vision, strategy, and roadmaps for behavioral health product lines. Translate user, clinical, and policy insights into reusable workflows and product requirements. Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical Solutions, Delivery, and GTM to build FHIR-aligned, mobile-first workflows, measure outcomes, and create artifacts and templates that accelerate delivery and ensure scalable, consistent value for customers.

Design and build core platform services and internal tooling (Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL) to enable scalable, customizable healthcare applications. Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to model complex domains, provide APIs and UI primitives, drive platform adoption, and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform vision.

The VP of Product Management will define and lead product strategy, mentor product managers, and shape product organizational culture while driving the transition to scalable product offerings in a healthcare technology context.
