Partners with hiring managers, Marketing, HR, and Operations across multiple regions.

Owns HRIS administration, configuration, security, access, implementations, migrations, integrations, workflows, and training documentation. Maintains employee data integrity, onboarding records, files, reports, dashboards, and compliance data. Supports process improvement, audits, troubleshooting, and HR operations while safeguarding confidential employee information.

Provides centralized HR support across the organization, managing employee inquiries, ticketing, onboarding, background checks, I-9 compliance, offboarding, leave administration, benefits backup, recognition programs, and job description maintenance. The role requires accurate, confidential handling of sensitive employee information, knowledge of HR compliance requirements, strong organization, and sound judgment when resolving or escalating employee matters.

Provide orthodontic care to pediatric and adolescent patients in Tennessee. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, autonomy in clinical practice, and extensive operational support.
