Assist orthodontists with patient care, chairside procedures, X-rays, material preparation, band cementation, bracket placement, and instrument sterilization. Coordinate treatment, maintain infection-control standards, and provide a friendly patient experience, particularly for children. Previous orthodontic experience is preferred but not required, as training is available. The role is based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with possible travel to other locations.

Provides chairside support during orthodontic procedures, takes X-rays, prepares materials, assists with bands and bracket placement, sterilizes instruments, and maintains infection-control protocols. Coordinates patient care, supports the orthodontist and team, and creates a welcoming experience for patients, including children. Prior orthodontic experience is preferred but not required, with on-the-job training available for DANB and radiology certification.

Leads and develops a non-provider talent acquisition team while recruiting hard-to-fill dental support roles. Builds school, externship, and community partnerships; manages recruitment events and pipelines; develops hiring strategies; tracks and reports recruiting metrics; and administers the ATS, including workflows, training, and reporting. Partners with hiring managers, Marketing, HR, and Operations across multiple regions.
