The Senior Financial Analyst will support Business Development and Strategic Planning by analyzing acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, preparing financial models, and collaborating with various teams to evaluate opportunities and present findings to management.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules, perform variance analysis, assist with 10-K/10-Q compilation and XBRL tagging, reconcile accounts and intercompany eliminations, support audits, document GAAP/SEC impacts, maintain SOX controls, and prepare journal entries.

Analyze title opinions, leases, contracts, probate and other legal documents to establish and maintain division of interest in Enertia Land System. Ensure accurate royalty payments, coordinate curative actions with Land and Accounting teams, perform audits and SOX controls, respond to owners and attorneys, and maintain ownership records for assigned geographic area.
