Supervises Division Order Analysts and oversees ownership records, title and legal document analysis, interest calculations, royalty payments, suspense funds, escheat processing, audits, and SOX compliance. Partners with Land, Accounting, Legal, and owners to resolve ownership and payment issues, while improving data quality, processes, and operational controls in Enertia.

Supports monthly Joint Interest Billing and accounts receivable activities, including working interest changes, rebills, aging receivables, cash application, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and SOX controls. The role also handles process improvements, special accounting projects, owner inquiries, and mentoring junior team members. It requires substantial oil and gas accounting experience, strong Excel skills, US GAAP knowledge, and effective communication abilities.

Provides administrative and customer support for landowners, serving as Chord Energy’s first point of contact. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, reviewing Enertia data, managing tickets, processing forms and mail, maintaining records and procedures, reporting weekly statistics, and assisting with division order and land administration projects. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, patience, organization, and oil and gas experience.
