Lead trade promotion effectiveness and post-event promo analytics across accounts, develop account playbooks and national promo guidelines, build and maintain analytical tools and scorecards using syndicated and internal data, partner with Sales Planning and Business Analytics to inform budgeting and go-to-market strategies, and train stakeholders on RGM promo tools.

Lead R&D technical strategy and commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers. Drive process improvements, plant trials, validations, and quality/cost optimization. Build and coach an R&D team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and solve plant-level manufacturing challenges to improve yield, throughput, and product consistency.

Own operational account activities for Target and Aldi including forecasting, PO execution, portal/catalog management (POL), replenishment/WOS monitoring, data pulls and analysis (Target POL, SPINS), promotional/display submissions, weekly recaps, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, operations, marketing, and accounts receivable to support sales growth and issue resolution.
