Provides day-to-day account management for small and mid-sized commercial insurance clients. Supports client onboarding, policy changes, renewals, claims, billing inquiries, quotes, remarketing, documentation, and coverage reviews. Maintains accurate records, verifies policies and endorsements, supports compliance and workflow processes, and delivers customer service. The role is full-time onsite and requires obtaining a Property and Casualty insurance license within 60 days.

Manages a personal-lines insurance book of business as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage needs, preparing quotes and proposals, selling new and additional coverage, processing renewals and policy changes, explaining coverage, supporting claims, maintaining records, verifying policy accuracy, and pursuing referrals. The role also supports the Insurance Advisor, follows agency procedures, participates in operations meetings, develops process improvements, and provides leadership to Client Account Managers and Specialists.
