Teams at Choice Insurance

Manages a personal-lines insurance book of business as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage needs, preparing quotes and proposals, selling new and additional coverage, processing renewals and policy changes, explaining coverage, supporting claims, maintaining records, verifying policy accuracy, and pursuing referrals. The role also supports the Insurance Advisor, follows agency procedures, participates in operations meetings, develops process improvements, and provides leadership to Client Account Managers and Specialists.
