Teams at Choice Hotels International

Manages room inventory, pricing, demand analysis, distribution, and revenue strategies for assigned hotels. Partners with hotel teams to analyze performance, deliver reporting, lead revenue strategy meetings, and recommend actions based on market and competitive intelligence. Serves as a liaison between hotels and Choice teams, uses enterprise systems to support promotions and brand goals, and contributes to enterprise-wide revenue management initiatives.

Leads strategic brand initiatives for WoodSpring Suites and Everhome Suites, translating strategy into project plans, business cases, and measurable outcomes. Coordinates cross-functional teams, franchisees, vendors, and advisory councils; analyzes financial, operational, competitive, and performance data; and develops executive recommendations. Oversees prototype and product-related initiatives, evaluating owner ROI, capital requirements, operational feasibility, and speed to market. This autonomous role influences stakeholders and supports brand performance across extended-stay hotel franchises.

Facilitates virtual and in-person learning programs for franchisees, hotel associates, and contact center staff. Develops and maintains instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, and reference content; supports instructional design and program effectiveness. Provides coaching and learning consultation, promotes certification and continuous development, and collaborates with stakeholders on operational excellence, guest service, revenue generation, and brand performance. Supports workshops, conventions, onboarding programs, and other learning events.
