Leads strategy and execution for Choice Privileges, including loyalty product design, member benefits, tier architecture, earn-and-burn economics, points valuation, fee governance, and lifecycle engagement. Builds financial and performance models, drives enrollments and repeat stays, manages cross-functional workstreams, and reports loyalty metrics to senior leadership. Leads a team of 2–4 and partners with Marketing, Digital, Revenue Management, Finance, Technology, and Product.

Leads upscale hotel revenue management across the ChoiceROCS portfolio, managing Regional Managers and Revenue Managers. Drives revenue growth, property performance, business readiness, change adoption, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, KPI reporting, and franchisee support. Oversees implementation of new technologies and processes while coordinating with commercial, sales, marketing, loyalty, and operations teams.

Leads international commercial performance and brand operations across franchise markets. Develops commercial strategies spanning sales, revenue management, distribution, demand generation, partnerships, and customer acquisition while ensuring consistent brand execution with local adaptation. Coordinates headquarters, regional, and cross-functional teams, drives franchise performance and guest experience improvements, and oversees global program rollouts. Manages and develops international commercial and brand operations teams, including dotted-line regional leaders, while supporting strategic planning, staffing, and talent decisions.
