Lead product strategy and roadmap for ChoiceConnect franchisee portal and underlying Salesforce platform. Drive discovery, define product problems, partner with design and engineering, champion AI/automation, set KPIs, measure impact, and continuously improve franchisee experience and platform capabilities.

Develop and maintain Choice Hotels’ native mobile applications in a collaborative software engineering team. Responsibilities include writing clean code, delivering tested features to QA, contributing to sprint reviews and retrospectives, collaborating with Product, Design, and Analytics, and following software development best practices. The role requires mobile development experience with Java, Swift, or Kotlin and familiarity with AWS environments, testing, source control, and Agile methodologies. It is an individual contributor role requiring four days onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Manages a portfolio of franchisee accounts and supports collection of outstanding receivables. Responsibilities include monitoring aging and delinquency, contacting franchisees, arranging payments, resolving billing disputes, documenting collection activity, escalating high-risk accounts, and supporting defaults, settlements, suspensions, and terminations. The role partners with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations while preparing portfolio updates, identifying trends, and contributing to process improvements.
